Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

• To request an exchange, contact us at collabconceptsinc@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
